Terms of Service

RavenHub provides guild roster planning, the Raven Wiki, AI-assisted imports, and access administration for the Ravenfalls community. Ravenfalls is an unincorporated gaming community; references to “we” or “us” mean the community members who administer RavenHub.

RavenHub is a private community service, not a public consumer product. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you must not use the service.

Access is invitation-only. Email accounts must be approved by an administrator. Discord accounts must remain members of the Ravenfalls server and hold the required server role. Access may be withdrawn if these conditions are no longer met.

You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Do not share your account. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to proverb88.one@icloud.com.

You must use RavenHub lawfully and only for legitimate community purposes. You must not:

• circumvent security, permissions, or access controls;
• access another person’s data without permission;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, or attack the service;
• upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing material; or
• misuse administrative, roster, or editorial privileges.

We may suspend access immediately where misuse or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ravenfalls a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate RavenHub for the community.

You must have the right to submit your content. Wiki contributions may remain part of the community record, credited by display name, after an account closes. RavenHub’s software, interface, and documentation remain the property of Ravenfalls and its licensors. Third-party game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AI-assisted imports may misread names, levels, builds, roles, or images. You must review results before saving them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.

RavenHub relies on providers including Discord, Supabase, application hosting, and AI processing. Their availability and separate terms are outside our control. Relevant data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

RavenHub is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without a service-level commitment. Features may change or be withdrawn, and interruptions or data loss may occur. Keep independent copies of information you consider important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravenfalls and its administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or opportunity arising from RavenHub. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using RavenHub or request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect RavenHub or its users, enforce these Terms, or when you cease to meet the access requirements. Provisions concerning content rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law continue after termination where applicable.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore after the parties first attempt to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms when RavenHub changes. The current version and effective date appear above. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions, notices, and account-closure requests may be sent to proverb88.one@icloud.com.
