RavenKeep User Agreement

RavenKeep is a private community platform operated by Ravenfalls for the members of the Ravenfalls gaming community. The service comprises: Guild War lineup and roster planning; the Raven Wiki; the world map; the damage calculator; guild events and RSVPs; Bongo Night; RavenFeed (member video uploads, live streaming, clips, and chat); Discord announcements; and AI-assisted tools (roster import, the Wiki AI Writer, and Game Updates).

Ravenfalls is an unincorporated gaming community; references to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the community members who administer RavenKeep. RavenKeep is a private community service, not a public consumer product. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the service.

Access to RavenKeep is invitation-only. Email accounts must be approved by an administrator before they can sign in. Discord accounts must remain members of the Ravenfalls Discord server and hold the required server role; access may be withdrawn automatically when these conditions are no longer met. Preview environments may additionally require a one-time access code.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account or allow another person to use it. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to proverb88.one@icloud.com.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use RavenKeep for legitimate community purposes only. You may not use RavenKeep for any commercial purpose, sell or transfer access to it, or copy, modify, or redistribute its software or interface except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to RavenKeep, including rosters and lineups, player records and portraits, wiki articles and media, map contributions, event details, RavenFeed videos, streams, clips, and chat messages. You grant Ravenfalls a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce, display, and — for RavenFeed content — stream, transcode, and deliver that content to other members, solely as needed to operate the service for the community.

You must have the right to submit your content and must not upload material that infringes another person’s rights. Wiki contributions may remain part of the community record, credited by the display name saved at the time, after an account closes. RavenKeep’s software, interface, and documentation remain the property of Ravenfalls and its licensors. Third-party game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

RavenKeep offers AI-assisted tools, including screenshot-based roster import, the Wiki AI Writer, and Game Updates image processing. AI output may be inaccurate: imports may misread names, levels, builds, or roles, and generated text or cut images may contain errors. You must review AI results before saving or publishing them. Wiki AI Writer output is produced as a draft only and is never published automatically.

AI usage is metered per feature and may be limited, restricted by role, or disabled — for an individual user or globally — at the administrators’ discretion. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any AI-assisted feature.

RavenFeed content is members-only by default. Uploading videos and starting live streams require the streamer permission, which administrators may grant, suspend, or revoke. You are responsible for everything you broadcast, upload, or post, and you must not stream or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to the community.

Live streams may be recorded and retained as on-demand videos. Viewer counts, watch progress, and engagement statistics are collected and shown to creators and administrators. Moderators and administrators may delete comments, time out or ban chat participants, remove content, and suspend RavenFeed privileges at their discretion.

Event details, schedules, and Discord announcements are community communications, not guarantees; events may change or be cancelled by their organisers. Giveaway winners are drawn by the mechanism described in the app, and results are final. Bongo Night host authority, card distribution, and call validation are enforced by the system and are not subject to administrator override.

You must use RavenKeep lawfully and only for legitimate community purposes. You must not:

• circumvent security, permissions, invite controls, or Discord role checks;
• access, or attempt to access, another person’s account or data without permission;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, or attack the service or its infrastructure;
• upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing material;
• abuse AI-assisted features or attempt to bypass usage limits;
• impersonate another member or misrepresent your identity or role;
• misuse administrative, roster, editorial, streaming, or moderation privileges; or
• share your account credentials with any other person.

We may suspend access immediately where misuse or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

RavenKeep relies on third-party providers, including Discord (sign-in, membership verification, and announcements), Supabase (authentication, database, and media storage), application hosting and edge providers, Cloudflare (live streaming relay), and AI processing providers. Your use of those providers’ own services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. Data handling by these providers is described in the Privacy Policy.

RavenKeep is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without any service-level commitment. Features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn at any time, and interruptions or data loss may occur. Preview and production environments may differ in features and data. Keep independent copies of information you consider important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavenKeep and all content, features, and AI output are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravenfalls and its administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or opportunity, arising from or connected with RavenKeep. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using RavenKeep or request account closure at any time via proverb88.one@icloud.com. We may suspend or terminate access to protect RavenKeep or its users, to enforce these Terms, or when you cease to meet the access requirements. Provisions concerning content rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution, and governing law continue after termination where applicable.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at proverb88.one@icloud.com and allowing at least 30 days for resolution.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in Singapore, conducted in English under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and governed by Singapore law. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or seek urgent injunctive relief from a court to protect security, data, or intellectual property.

Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only. You and Ravenfalls each waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ravenfalls concerning RavenKeep. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these Terms when RavenKeep changes. The current version and effective date appear above, and continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions, notices, and account-closure requests may be sent to proverb88.one@icloud.com.
